During Ramzan, post-sunset, the Rander area becomes synonymous with Non-Veg delicacies. It becomes the favourite haunt of the Surti Non-Veg lover.
Its also one colorful affair!!!
The preffered place for Paratha's in Rander is at "Mama's Paratha Center"

in all these years of my growing up in surat, stupidly i NEVER once visited the famour rander areas for non veg food :-( and i rue this fact
